Wells-next-the-Sea is situated in the centre of the North Norfolk coast. It's an extremely popular location for holidays and breaks. Accommodation is at a premium, especially during public and school holiday periods and early booking is strongly advised.
This site has been developed to accompany the Wells accommodation list which is produced each year and is available free of charge from The Wells Tourist Information Office and over 25 local retailers in the town.
The list is compiled in two parts Bed & Breakfasts, Guesthouses and Hotels occupy the first two pages
and Self Catering, Holiday Homesaccommodation on pages 3 & 4. A map of Wells-next-the-Sea is included on the bottom of page 3 and each property has a map reference to help you locate your accommodation. The list is in PDF format and you will require Adobe Reader to open the pages. If you do not have the reader you can download it free by pressing this Icon
